ThousWind Firedance Oil Lamp Stove

We made ,not for a windy day it goes out and a lot of adjustments needed to avoid black smoke, (with smokeless oil) when cooking.
Doesn't come with a funnel let alone a Brass one. No heat proof way of moving when lit. Massive room for innovation. But it is a throw back piece. So.

To date I have not received any package

I placed the order with excitement for my lamp to arrive and it never did. I emailed their customer service and I was told my item would be resent and that i would be notified . It has been almost a week since that email and still have not received any additional email from ThousWinds telling me tge item was resent. I paid for the item and never receive it. This has not been a good experience at all and I am very disappointed as they still have my money and I haven't gotten my item.
