I'm so happy with this tarp. I bought this tarp (4x4.5 size) and used it for 5 days in backcountry canoe camping in the Canadian Wilderness. I used it for one person because I like the extra room to cook and spread out. The tarp was subject to an immense sustained rainstorm in excess of 100mm over 1.5 days plus strong wind gusts and it kept me totally dry underneath and held up amazingly. Its very thin and lightweight but has a super strong construction. It feels super high quality with reinforced stitching and attachment points, reflective guy rope and quality pegs. I also purchased the optional tent poles which are high quality and a must. The poles and tarp fit nicely into my pack which is great for back country camping. See some pictures of my setup.
