I am experiencing a serious issue regarding my order TW4429. Due to the order value being declared at approximately 40 USD and, as I understand, a change in the shipping carrier, I am unable to receive my items because of customs regulations. It has been indicated that the products will most likely be returned or possibly destroyed before delivery.
In my previous correspondence with your team, I was clearly informed that I would never encounter such a problem. In fact, I had placed two previous orders with your company without any issues.
However, the current situation has caused me great disappointment and frustration. Under these circumstances, I regret to say that I will not be able to shop from your company again.
I kindly request that this matter be reviewed urgently and that a clear and satisfactory resolution be provided for the inconvenience I have experienced.
