At Thous Winds, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live.
Standard shipping: 5–13 days. Expedited shipping: 3–7 days.
We are unable to guarantee an order can be modified or canceled after it has been placed.
Please email us at thouswinds@service.com immediately after placing your order.
Yes, all orders placed on ThousWinds include tax in the price.
After your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email with tracking information. Please note, it can take 24 hours for the tracking to become active.
You can also track your package before it ships under “Order Status.”
If your order arrives with damaged or missing items, we sincerely apologize. Please email us at thouswinds@service.com with the details, and we’ll provide prompt and caring support. We’ll help arrange the return of the damaged items, and if applicable, we’ll issue a refund or send a replacement.
While we are unable to mark orders as a gift, the packing slip that is included with all orders does not detail item pricing nor an order total.
RETURN
Please review our return policy before submitting a return request.
Ship the item back using your preferred carrier (we recommend taking photos or a video of the packed item as proof in case of loss). Then email the tracking number and your order number (starting with TW**) to service@thouswinds.com.
Once we receive the package, we'll process your refund according to our return policy.
Due to product quality problems we will return free of charge
New, unused products can be returned up to 30 days from the purchase date.
All returned items must be in new condition. Please be sure no dirt, grass or pet hair is on the item you are returning.
Lightly used items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items with signs of noticeable wear are not eligible for return.
Return Shipping Cost: All customers are responsible for arranging and paying for your own return shipping, the specific fee should be based on the carrier of your choice.
Refunds may take up to three weeks to process due to the time required for shipping and bank processing. Thous Winds cannot issue credit for items lost during return shipping if proof of tracking is unavailable. Please make sure that you keep your tracking information.
