I placed the order with excitement for my lamp to arrive and it never did. I emailed their customer service and I was told my item would be resent and that i would be notified . It has been almost a week since that email and still have not received any additional email from ThousWinds telling me tge item was resent. I paid for the item and never receive it. This has not been a good experience at all and I am very disappointed as they still have my money and I haven't gotten my item.
